Where can you ship to?
I ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada.
How long will my order take after payment?
All website orders are currently processed, packaged, and sent out by myself. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipping confirmation email.
Packages sent to North America typically take between 3-7 business days to receive, but international parcels will usually take much longer. Please expect longer shipping times especially if you live in Mexico, South America, and Asia. Generally, the local mail carriers in these regions take longer times to process shipments than others.
Will my shipment have tracking?
All orders will have a tracking number sent to the email that is used in your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your shipping confirmation email.

USA - USPS
International - PostNL or APC
I put the wrong address, now what?
I am not responsible for any errors made if you incorrectly type your shipping address. Please make sure to thoroughly add in all correct information, including apartment/building numbers, and postal code suffixes. I will not resend any products that have an incorrect address.
However, if your order is not delivered for any reason on account of my error, a new parcel will be sent out to you free of charge.
What is the refund policy?
There is no refund/exchange of products. The only exception for a refund is:
a) You receive a damaged item. The same item will be re-shipped to you free of charge, or refunded.
b) An item is missing from your order. The same item will either be shipped to you free of charge, or refunded.
